Join our advisory team and play a key role in executing renewable energy M&A and debt advisory mandates across the full transaction lifecycle.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in project finance, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction structuring to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing advisory mandates, delivering high-quality outputs, and supporting complex renewable energy transactions across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality & Standards — Deliver high-quality outputs across reports, financial models, and transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strong presentation standards. Balance attention to detail with efficiency, focusing on high-impact tasks within time and budget constraints.

Financial Modeling — Take ownership of the accuracy and integrity of financial models. Prepare model audit and transfer materials and coordinate internal reviews and external audits.

Due Diligence — Support and coordinate due diligence processes across debt and equity transactions. Identify and resolve inconsistencies between due diligence reports and financial models.

Structuring & Documentation — Contribute to the preparation of term sheets, information memoranda, and other key transaction documents. Ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with transaction objectives.

Client Engagement & Team Support — Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to SNOW's reputation as a trusted advisor. Support internal coordination and reporting, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the team.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in project finance, financial modeling, and transaction execution (renewable energy experience preferred).

• Strong financial modeling capabilities and familiarity with due diligence and transaction processes.

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
